Welcome to the 9th Annual South Georgia Film Festival (SGFF)!
Celebrating the Art & Industry of filmmaking, the South Georgia Film Festival showcases films and filmmakers from across the southeast, the country, and the world.
The SGFF also hosts panels with regional professional and attending filmmakers, along with hosting fun networking events over the entire weekend. Along with the hundreds of attendees from Valdosta and surrounding areas, the SGFF reaches tens of thousands of filmmakers and students across our digital platforms.

The 9th Annual South Georgia Film Festival, held March 7,8, and 9, 2025, celebrating the art and industry. Along with three days of films and panels, we are hosting a celebration of the creative spirit here in Valdosta. Screenings and panels take place on the campus of Valdosta State University, along with activities throughout Downtown Valdosta.
